Orders can only be canceled before it has been dispatched for delivery. We will issue you a full refund to full-priced items. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Commonly asked questions about our return policy.
We only accept exchanges. They must be returned with 10 days after purchase. We ask that items for exchange be in their original condition:
- Item/s must have hang tags and hygiene stickers remaining in place
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
We do not accept exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.

Please note that orders using our discounts (Black Friday, Cyber Week, etc.) can only be exchanged for store credit should you need to return your item(s). You will need to cover the shipping costs.
Yes, the full set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue partial exchanges.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address used to order your swimwear.
Please include “Exchange: Your Order Number” in the email subject.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods exchanged, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

The shipping cost incurred for item/s to Salt and Sunscreen for an exchange is not covered nor reimbursed by us. You will be charged for shipping for the new item/s plus any differences in the price of the item/s.

Commonly asked questions about delivery.
Allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. This is not inclusive of the estimated delivery time when checking out. During high volume periods, please allow for additional processing time of 4-5 days.
International orders: Note that there may be delays in DHL scanning updates.
Salt and Sunscreen cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control (weather, theft, etc.). Salt and Sunscreen does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the case that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
These vary depending on your delivery location. Rates are calculated at checkout.
If you do not receive your order during the estimated delivery time, please allow for an additional 2-3 days as packages may be delayed. If you do not receive it after that period, please contact us.
Please note that we will not issue refunds for lost packages. If products cannot be traced, we will resend the item.
All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. These fees vary between countries and Salt and Sunscreen has no control over the fees. It will be your responsibility to pay any additional duties.
Customers are able to view items in Naira, U.S. Dollar, GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD. All orders will be processed in Naira upon checkout.
We are not responsible for any changes in price due to the Naira-(US Dollar, GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD) conversion rate.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club). We also accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. To pay in installments, use AfterPay USA.
Transactions may fail to pass 3DSecure ( an extra level of security that ensures that every transaction done with the card is authorized by the cardholder) and as a result orders may fail. We advice reaching out to your bank to authorize the international transaction you are making in Nigeria.
